Boeing didn’t repeat its June delivery pace, but managed to deliver 48 commercial jets to its customers last month, five more than in July 2024.

For the year, there are 328 aircraft, just 20 fewer than the entire previous year, anticipating that growth in 2025 will be quite notable.

The 737 MAX family continues to dominate deliveries with 37 aircraft – Boeing doesn’t break down variants in its report. There are already 243 jets in 2025, compared to 260 for the entire previous year.

The widebody 787 Dreamliner has also been progressing well, with eight more deliveries, one of the 787-8 and two of the 787-10. There are already 45 aircraft this year, compared to 51 in 2024.

Among freighters, the highlight is the 777F, with 22 deliveries (two of them in July), a 175% increase compared to the January-July 2024 period. The 767F reached eight deliveries, compared to six last year.

The P-8A Poseidon and KC-46A Pegasus military programs have tied deliveries so far – three maritime patrol aircraft and seven aerial refueling aircraft.

Boeing has already reached the FAA’s monthly production limit of 38 aircraft for the 737 MAX and has submitted requests to the agency to increase production.

Regarding orders, the US manufacturer listed one order for a 787-8 and another for 30 737 MAXs, both from undisclosed customers.

The order backlog reached 5,968 aircraft, 74% of which were from the 737 MAX family.
