Breeze Airways has not yet been able to fulfill its plan to retire its Embraer E195 jets from service. The US low-cost carrier had scheduled the aircraft’s last flight for April 6, but has extended the operation until at least April 21.
According to Aeroroutes, the 124-seat E195 will fly the New Orleans-Jacksonville, New Orleans-Norfolk, New Orleans-Raleigh/Durham, Raleigh/Durham-Harford and Raleigh/Durham-Islip routes for a few more days.
Three aircraft are listed as in active service at Breeze, but one of them (N137BZ) has not flown since April 1. The E195 N145BZ has been used occasionally, while the N140BZ aircraft is the only one that operates on a more frequent flight schedule.

It is worth noting that Breeze also has ten E190s, with 108 seats, which continue to operate in addition to the Airbus A220s.
The 137-seat, two-class aircraft, which has become the basis of Breeze’s flight network, should be its only jet within a few months.
Breeze has just received four new A220-300s, delivered by Airbus in March, bringing the total number of this type to 39 aircraft.
The three E195s appear to be leased to the Brazilian airline Total Linhas Aereas.
