Cirrus SF50 keeps top spot in business jet deliveries; Phenom 300E leads twins

Business jet shipments rose 11.8% year-on-year in 2025, helping push total aircraft billings to a record $35.7 billion, up 14.6% from 2024

Cirrus single-engine SF50 jet leads global deliveries, while Embraer and Bombardier post strong twin-engine and midsize results

Global deliveries of business jets increased in 2025, with 854 aircraft shipped worldwide, up 11.8% from the previous year, according to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association’s year-end report. Total airplane billings reached $31.0 billion, reflecting a 16.1% rise in value.

Among individual models, the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet remained the world’s most-delivered business jet in 2025, with 106 aircraft handed over during the year. The single-engine aircraft outsold every twin-engine competitor, maintaining its lead in annual deliveries for the sixth consecutive year.

In the light jet segment, Embraer’s Phenom 300E was the most-delivered twin-engine business jet, with 66 units of the 300E variant plus six Phenom 300s, for a combined 72 aircraft . The Brazilian manufacturer shipped 155 business jets in total, including 39 Praetor 500s and 30 Praetor 600s, maintaining its position as one of the leading players in the segment.

Bombardier stood out in the midsize and super-midsize categories. The Challenger 3500 and 650 series accounted for 71 deliveries in 2025 . In the large-cabin segment, the Canadian manufacturer delivered 86 Global series aircraft, though the report aggregates all Global variants without model-level detail .

Gulfstream reported 158 total business jet deliveries, including 22 G280s and 136 aircraft across its large-cabin family — covering the G500, G600, G650/ER, G700 and G800 — again without a breakdown by individual model . Dassault delivered 37 Falcon-family jets, with the association listing combined figures for its 2000LXS, 900LX, 6X and 8X models .

In the segment of VIP-configured commercial aircraft, Airbus Corporate Jets delivered eight aircraft in 2025, including ACJ220, ACJ319neo and ACJ330 variants . Boeing Business Jets reported no deliveries during the year .

Outside the jet segment, piston aircraft deliveries rose to 1,782 units in 2025, an increase of 10 aircraft year on year, while turboprop shipments declined 5.1% to 594 units . Total airplane deliveries, including jets, turboprops and pistons, were valued at $31.0 billion for the year.
