Embraer has confirmed its participation in ADEX 2025, scheduled for October 20-24 in Seoul. The company plans to present its defense and security portfolio, including the C-390 Millennium transport aircraft.

The C-390 Millennium is being configured to meet the operational requirements of the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF), which will receive three C-390s starting in 2026.

This follows South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) selection of the C-390 as its new tactical transport aircraft in 2023.

Embraer is expanding its industrial footprint in South Korea by partnering with local companies for the manufacturing of C-390 components. The company recently conducted a roadshow in Sacheon and Busan to promote collaboration with Korean aerospace suppliers.

Embraer has maintained partnerships with Korean firms since the launch of its E-Jets E2 program in 2013. These relationships have supported both the commercial and defense segments of Embraer’s business in the region.

Embraer’s presence at ADEX 2025 is expected to reinforce its position in the Korean defense market and facilitate further industrial cooperation.
