Air TransportEmirates will expand its London operations by launching a fourth daily flight to London Gatwick Airport starting February 8, 2026. The additional service, designated EK069/070, will be operated by the Airbus A350-900, marking another step in the airline’s global rollout of its newest widebody jet.
The A350 on this route will feature Emirates’ latest cabin product, with 32 Business Class lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats, and 238 Economy seats. Among the highlights are digital menus, wireless charging in Business, and electric window blinds etched with the airline’s Ghaf tree motif.
The new flight will depart Dubai at 17:05 and arrive in London Gatwick at 20:50, while the return leg will leave Gatwick at 23:55, landing in Dubai at 11:00 the next morning. The timing makes EK069/070 the latest daily departure between the two cities, ideal for passengers wanting to maximize their day before travel.

With the launch, Emirates will operate 12 daily flights to London across Gatwick, Heathrow, and Stansted, and 140 weekly flights across the UK, including Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Newcastle. Gatwick becomes the second UK destination to receive the A350, following Edinburgh.
London joins a growing list of A350 destinations in Emirates’ global network, alongside cities such as Mumbai, Istanbul, Colombo, Lyon, and Dammam.
Emirates Airline has an order for 65 A350s, of which it has taken delivery of eight aircraft by June.
