In video, Embraer shows details of the E190F and E195F freighters
Embraer published a video on its social media accounts in which it details what the E190F and E195F freighters will look like, from the P2F (Passenger to Freighter) conversion program launched by the manufacturer in March.
The CGI graphics starts the presentation through the main cargo compartment, composed of a front maneuvering area and the main space for the containers, which arrive at the fixing point through roller trays.
The E190F and E195F will receive a front side loading door for access to ULD standard containers. Bulk cargo will be transported in the lower hold, as in passenger aircraft.
The E195F is expected to offer a range of 3,000 km (1,620 nautical miles) at full payload and 3,945 km (2,130 nautical miles at maximum bulky payloads. The E190F will be able to fly for 3,723 km (2,010 nautical miles) at maximum payload or 4,500 km (2,430 nautical miles) at maximum volumetric load - a load density of 104 kg/m³.

Agility in order deliveries
Embraer bets on the E190 and E195F conversion program for cargo thanks to the great demand for express deliveries caused by the increase of e-commerce in the world.
With a capacity between turboprops and jets like the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320, E-Jets can offer greater versatility and agility to their operators. The E190F will be able to carry a payload of 10.7 tonnes (23,600 pounds) while the E195F a total of 12.3 tonnes (27,100 pounds).
Earlier this month, leasing company Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) became the program's first customer by opting to convert ten of its 146 E-Jets. Entry into service of the E190F and E195F is scheduled for 2024.
