Air TransportThe bankruptcy administrator of Montenegro Airlines has announced the sale of aircraft parts for Fokker and Embraer jets, with bids accepted until 22 December.
The assets are located within the Golubovci airport complex, and auction proceedings are scheduled for 24 December at the Commercial Court.
The asset sale is part of the ongoing liquidation of the former flag carrier’s movable property. Fokker parts are offered at a starting price of EUR 313,880, while Embraer spares are listed at EUR 233,630.
Montenegro Airlines ceased operations on 26 December 2020, after accumulating losses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The shutdown triggered the process of liquidating its remaining assets.

The airline had its headquarters in Podgorica and operated both scheduled and charter services across Europe, using Podgorica Airport as its main base.
After the cessation of Montenegro Airlines, the government launched Air Montenegro in February 2021 as the new national carrier.
Two Embraer aircraft were transferred from the former airline to the new operator, while the remaining fleet has been subject to asset sales.
