Fuel shortages force cancellations and technical stops, hitting tourism-dependent routes

State airline Aerolineas Argentinas had already stopped flying between Buenos Aires and Havana at the beginning of March. Recently, Cubana de Aviación was forced to close its route after a ban on refueling its planes.
